These terms apply to your use of marktx.com and to every order you place with Marketix Digital. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Marketix Digital (marktx.com) is a sole proprietorship registered for GST in West Bengal. Address: Suit 5, 5th Floor, Gate 3, Poddar Court, 18 Rabindra Sarani, Kolkata 700001, West Bengal, India. Email: info@marktx.com.
2. What we offer
We provide digital marketing services: search engine optimisation (SEO), Google and Meta advertising management, website design, and the Yodhik CRM software. Service descriptions and prices on the site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer; your order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) after payment.
3. Who can buy
Our services are for businesses and professionals. Clients in regulated sectors (for example SEBI-registered intermediaries) remain responsible for meeting their own regulator’s rules.
4. Price, payment and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance by UPI or bank transfer; please confirm the account on WhatsApp before your first payment. Monthly service fees are billed in advance; advertising spend is paid by the client directly to Google or Meta and is not part of our fee.
5. Delivery
Services start after the onboarding call and the access we need (ad accounts, website, analytics) are in place. Timelines in a proposal are estimates.
6. Cancellations and refunds
There is no lock-in. Either side may end a monthly service with 15 days’ written notice; fees already paid for the current month are not refunded. One-time projects (such as website design) are billed in stages and the paid stages are not refundable once that work is delivered.
7. Your obligations
- give us accurate information and the access we need;
- complete the advertiser and financial-services verification Google and Meta require in your own name, and get any exchange or regulator approval your ads need before they go live;
- own and be responsible for the claims in your ads, your website and your landing pages;
- pay advertising platforms directly and on time.
8. Leads and data in client campaigns
Leads generated by campaigns we run for you belong to you. We never resell or share them. Where we store your leads or customer records (for example in the Yodhik CRM), we process them only on your instructions, as your Data Processor, and delete or return them when the service ends.
9. No guarantee of results
Results from SEO and advertising depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, ad platforms, market conditions and your own sales follow-up. We do not guarantee rankings, a cost per lead or a number of clients.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the order or month the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business.
11. Indemnity
You will compensate us for any claim, penalty or loss caused by your breach of these terms or of law, including the content of your advertisements.
12. Intellectual property
The website content, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them without written permission.
13. Complaints, governing law and courts
Write to our Grievance Officer, Avishek Saha, at info@marktx.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
